1. The directory
BerksMont Business is a directory listing local businesses in the Berks-Mont area of Pennsylvania. We are not the businesses listed here and do not endorse, vouch for, or guarantee the work of any business in the directory. Use the directory at your own discretion and confirm licensing, credentials, insurance, and anything else that matters to you directly with the business you select.
2. Listings and claims
Businesses may claim their listing by verifying ownership with a one-time verification code sent to the email address associated with the business. Claimed listings can edit their information and manage their subscription. We may remove or edit listings that contain inaccurate, abusive, or misleading content.
3. Reviews
Reviews displayed on the directory may come from our own listing data or be submitted directly by visitors through a listing page. Visitor-submitted reviews are moderated before they appear. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any review and may remove reviews that violate these terms.
4. Featured listings
Featured is our one paid placement tier: $150 per year, billed yearly through Stripe at the rate shown on the pricing page at checkout. There is no monthly plan. Featured subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. You may cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your business, scrape the directory, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are being violated.
6. Disclaimers
The directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the actions of any business listed in the directory. Always confirm licensing, certifications, insurance, and anything else that matters to you directly with the business.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the directory will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the directory will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
